Grand Oak Estates is a small subdivision off St. Mary’s Road in north eastern Hillsborough. The community was built during the 1990’s. Consisting of mostly wooded lots of an acre or more, Grand Oaks Estate offers its residents a tranquil and restful setting just minutes from Durham. Houses are traditional in style and range in size from 2000 to 3150 sq. ft. prices are in the high $500s.
